Banana Chocolate Muffins
These are definitely our most favorite thing to make with overripe bananas! They have a beautifully crisp top layer and are so moist and chocolatey inside. I shouldn’t tell you this… but with just the two of us (David and Tansy), we have eaten the whole tray before the end of day… on multiple occasions.

Caramels
This is a soft chewy caramel recipe that my English teacher used to make and sell to her students. She always gave some out to her favorite students or as rewards to those who did something impressionable. She was a tiny, bold woman with a fire in her voice that terrified every student into obedience, but her caramels let us know that she truly loved us…well most of us.

High-Hydration Pizza Dough
This is such a simple pizza dough!! We love making it ahead of time and letting it sit in the fridge a day or two to slowly ferment into a more tasty dough! It’s good as a margarita pizza, bbq chicken pizza, supreme… you name it!

These scones are the perfect blend of salty, fluffy, and crispy. If there's any leftover, they make great egg sandwiches paired with a pepper jam!

White Sauce
We whip up this white sauce before making stir fry. This is a delicious topping to drizzle over the finished product.
