Ingredients
- 5 lbs potatoes
- 1/2 lb butter
- 2 cups flour
Instructions
Peel and boil potatoes. Mash potatoes in mixer with butter and let cool.
Beat in flour.
Scoop out 1-3” balls and flatten on floured surface with rolling pin. Use plenty of flour so it’s not sticking.
Cook on high on griddle until some browning occurs. Flip and cook other side to match.
Consume with butter and whatever else you think might taste good.
