Ingredients
Base
- 1/2 cup cold mashed potatoes, plain**
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups coconut flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp almond extract
Dippin’
- 10 oz chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
Mix everything from first list together. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Roll into balls (nickel size). Put back into freezer while you melt the chocolate and coconut oil together.
Use some forks and get dippin’. Chill in fridge until set.
Good to eat at room temp, chilled, or frozen! Your pick!
