Candy that is like a soft pillow of coconut, covered in chocolate. We like eating them refrigerated or frozen best!

Instructions

Mix everything from first list together. Freeze for 30 minutes. Roll into balls (nickel size). Put back into freezer while you melt the chocolate and coconut oil together. Use some forks and get dippen’. Chill in fridge until set. Good to eat at room temp, chilled, or frozen! Your pick!
