Cookies… but healthy

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nut butter
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsps vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F

Combine everything except the chocolate chips and stir until incorporated. Then fold in the chocolate.

Drop batter onto a lined baking sheet one tablespoon at a time.

Bake for 9-12 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
